Job summary

Schneider Electric in Mexico City is offering an Intern, Apprentice, or Trainee opportunity in Customer Projects, Solutions and Services to support delivery activities and learn how we bring projects from planning to successful execution.

You will work with automation proposals, collaborate with engineering teams, and gain hands-on experience in documentation, proposal development, and process standardization within a global environment. Hybrid work in our Mexico City HUB is available.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in engineering, graduating in December 2027 or later.
Available to remain in the internship program for at least one year.
Intermediate to advanced English (B2+ preferred).
Proficient with MS Office especially Excel and Word.
Interest in process automation and proposal development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Support the development of automation proposals for industrial customers.
Assist in creation, update, and standardization of technical documentation and procedures.
Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvement and automation initiatives.
Help maintain proposal databases, templates, and tender documentation.
Support internal and external projects related to process automation solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams while developing technical and business communication skills.
