Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Manager, Local / Regional Product Management– Industry in Mexico to lead strategy, pricing, and growth for Industrial Automation and Process Automation portfolios. You will own the roadmap, partner with global teams, and drive launches while guiding a team of Offer Specialists.

You will analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and enable sales with compelling tools and content.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Process Automation, Energy Management, or Industrial Technology.
Experience managing a product portfolio, offer strategy, product line, or strategic marketing function.
Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation technologies such as PLCs, SCADA/HMI, Motion & Drives, Industrial Control Systems, Industry 4.0, Digital Transformation.
Experience working with OEMs, System Integrators, EPCs, and End Users.
Strong business acumen, pricing strategy, and go-to-market experience.
Advanced English required.

Lead a team of Offer Specialists and collaborate across multiple functions.
