Job summary

Aprio is hiring a Process & Quality Analyst for its Business Operations - Information Technology Team. The role focuses on analyzing business processes to enable automation, documenting requirements, and driving quality through testing and UAT within an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, lead requirements workshops, and ensure solutions meet quality standards while supporting change management. Hybrid setup offered for selected roles/locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience analyzing and documenting business processes at micro and macro levels.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs and user stories.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and SDLC governance.
• Strong collaboration with business SMEs, developers, and process owners.
• Develop and execute test plans for functional, regression, and UAT testing.
• Ability to identify, document, and track defects with cross-team resolution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to map workflows for automation and technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization across processes.
• Be the subject matter expert on analyzed processes for automation upgrades.
• Gather requirements using Agile/Scrum; document Epics, Features, and User Stories; define acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and sign-offs with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-team collaboration throughout the automation product lifecycle.
• Develop and execute test plans and scripts for QA and UAT.
• Monitor solution performance and drive continuous improvement; support change management.
