Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering project management, intelligent automation, and business analysis or equivalent.
• Excellent project management skills across initiation, control, governance and multiple parallel commitments.
• Solid understanding of software development principles.
• Advanced skills in Python and API configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Tableau, and UiPath and ability to conceptualize design framework.
• Decision making to overcome obstacles; strong individual contributor and team player.
• Analytical, problem solving, time management; proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to gather and analyze complex data to inform decisions.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage projects of various sizes from long-term strategies to short-term deliveries.
• Provide governance and program structure; update executives as needed.
• Analyze and define solutions against strategic objectives and requirements.
• Lead end-to-end process automation engagements including requirements, architecture, development, testing and deployment.
• Identify and manage the automation strategy with stakeholders; work with tech for infrastructure.
• Coach and mentor team members on automation tools and curricula for workflow automation.
• Manage delivery of OKRs, KPIs and metrics with stakeholders to define benefits.
• Collaborate with technology to build the required low-code automation infrastructure.
