Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Process Improvement Associate I to analyze business requirements for development feasibility using low-code tools and translate them into technical specifications. You will own the end-to-end configuration of automation requests and support internally built solutions with the CoE team for planning and implementation.

The role also involves creating executive-level presentations and sharing knowledge across the LOB.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong communication skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Analytical thinking, logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Core competencies include analytical thinking, communication, problem solving, time management and relationship building.
• Exposure to finance or business analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand business requirements and determine feasibility of development with low-code tools.
• Create solutions with business delivery leads and own end-to-end configuration of automation requests.
• Manage internal client relationships and prepare executive-level presentations and status updates.
• Maintain support for internally built solutions, ensuring scalability and robustness.
• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence on planning and implementation support.
• Provide support for enhanced automation solutions and document best practices for internal teams.
