Job summary

Stryker Corporation in the Philippines seeks an Associate Manager, Automation Architect to lead design, delivery, and governance of automation across APAC, with primary coverage of the APAC time zone and future collaboration with other regions. You will provide hands-on technical leadership in RPA/RDA solution delivery, architecture, testing, documentation, support, and optimization.

You will collaborate with the Global Automation Manager, Process Excellence teams, IT, and business stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
• 9–12 years hands-on experience in designing and delivering enterprise automation solutions.
• Proven knowledge of RPA, AI, IDP, APIs, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation architecture and solution design for scalable automation.
• Develop and deliver RPA/RDA and workflow solutions using UiPath, REFramework, Python, and Power Automate.
• Drive intelligent automation opportunities and partner with stakeholders across APAC.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and governance for automation projects.
