Job summary

GLORY (PHILIPPINES), INC. in Batangas seeks a diligent Electronics Technician to troubleshoot production machines, perform repairs, and help develop quality procedures and manuals. You will read engineering drawings and schematics and work with microcontrollers and measuring tools to ensure line performance.

Collaborate with the Technician Leader and teammates, meet repair deadlines, and contribute ideas to improve processes. Willingness to learn and adapt to manufacturing standards is essential.

Qualifications

• College graduate or higher in Electronics or related field.
• Able to read engineering drawings and electrical/electronics schematics.
• Knowledgeable with microcontrollers.
• Proficient with measuring tools/equipment used in manufacturing.
• Training on electronics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production machines and perform repairs.
• Ensure repairs meet specified requirements.
• Assist in developing quality procedures and working manuals.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements via precise repairs.
• Meet deadlines and report to Technician Leader.
• Cooperate with co-technicians and Technician Leader to achieve high performance.
• Suggest ideas to continually improve area of responsibility.
• Assist in other production activities as required by management.
• Control tools, JIG and checker monitoring.

• Conduct trouble shooting of production machines.


• Ensure that the machine undergo repair passed specific requirements.


• Assist in making & developing quality procedures and working manuals and troubleshooting purposes.


• Ensure compliance with regards to customer requirements by conducting process appropriate and precise repairs in all lines


• Ensures that deadlines are met and report to Technician Leader.


• Cooperates with co-technician and Technician Leader in achieving the highest level of performance.


• Suggest ideas to continually improves his area of responsibility.


• Assist in other activities of the production division and any other duties reasonably required by management.


• Ensure the control of tools, JIG and checker monitoring.

Job Qualifications

• Male/Female


• College Graduate (INT Major in Electronics)/ ECE college level or any related course


• Training on electronics related is an advantage


• Able to read engineering drawing, electrical & electronics schematic diagram for trouble shooting.


• Knowledgeable in micro controller


• Knowledgeable in handling measuring tools and equipment manufacturing company.
