Job summary

VENTURE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS INT’L CORP is seeking a licensed Mechanical Engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in plant and machinery installation, maintenance and part replacement. The role requires fabrication with machine tools, welding and integration of PLC/electronic systems with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong hands-on repair experience, no supervisory duties, and be a resident of the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in plant and machinery installation, maintenance and parts replacement.
• Bachelor's / College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer is required.
• Hands-on repair and maintenance experience not supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, maintenance and repair of plant and machinery.
• Fabricate replacement parts using lathes, milling machines and grinders.
• Repair or fabricate using welding, brazing, riveting and soldering techniques.

Job Description

• Carry out work on plant and machinery installation, maintenance and repair, replacement of broken or worn parts, adjustment and servicing.
• Fabrication of replacement parts using machine tools i.e. lathes, milling machines, grinders etc.
• Repair or fabricate using welding, brazing, riveting and soldering techniques.
• Integration of computer, electronic and programmable control systems with mechanical/ hydraulic, pneumatic systems e.g. PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), CNC (Computer Numerical Control), Robots and CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing).

Qualification

• A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
• Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• With 3 years hands on experience in plant and machinery installation, maintenance and replacement of broken or worn parts, adjustment and servicing.
• Proficient in fabricating, replacement art using machine tools such as lathes, milling machine and grinders.
• Skilled in repair and fabrication techniques, including welding, brazing , riveting and soldering.
• Experienced in working with computer, electronic and PLC integrated with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems..
• A Filipino citizen who is currently residing here in the Philippines.
