Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or Industrial Technology.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals and equipment specs.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery.
• Conduct start-up, changeover, adjustment, and shutdown activities.

• Ensure machines run efficiently to meet production targets and minimize downtime.
• Report equipment abnormalities and process deviations to supervisor.

Job description

• Conduct machine start-up, changeover, adjustment, and shutdown activities.

• Perform routine inspection, troubleshooting, and minor repair of production equipment.

• Ensure machines are running efficiently to meet production targets and minimize downtime.

• Report equipment abnormalities, breakdowns, and process deviations to the immediate supervisor.

• Perform preventive maintenance activities as scheduled.

• Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and downtime records.

• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety standards, and workplace safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology.

• With experience in operating and maintaining production machinery in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with relevant technical training are encouraged to apply.

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems is preferred.

• Can read technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
