Responsibilities

Responsible for implementing comprehensive training plan and programs geared towards building the competencies of dealership sales personnel at different levels, which covers facilitating training programs related to sales skills and processes, product orientation, among other developmental training aimed to augment the capabilities of automobile dealers’ workforce in realizing sales objectives. Monitor and analyze the dealers\' sales executives and sales managers performance and records. Study the automobile market through competitor analysis, mystery shopping and other market study efforts beneficial in achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year related course
• With at least 2-3 years solid experience as sales training specialist, sales coordinator or any sales position which proves his/her capability to perform the job.
• Exposure to dealer sales operations with proficiency on sales, product and customer service training is an advantage
• Highly proficient With MS Office applications and basic equipment for training
• With above average communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Critical thinker and has excellent problem-solving skills
• Licensed four-wheel vehicle driver
