• Develop deep understanding of range of vehicles for sale and customer needs to accurately communicate product benefits and features while driving sales and profitability.
• Identify and attract prospective buyers with effective strategies.
• Manage the initial experience of walk-in customers during floor duty.
• Organize and maintain accurate documentation of sales reports to monitor team performance and plan sales strategies; maintain customer database for loyalty.
• Ensure safe and accurate delivery of units to customers.
• Provide excellent after-sales service by following up on activities such as showroom visits, test drives, offers, delivery, and surveys.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including permits, regulatory compliance, collections, and store orderliness.
