Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the sales administration supervisor to ensure the smooth processing of sales transactions and documentation while adhering to dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Maintain and manage sales-related documents and records, such as sales contracts, invoices, and customer and vehicle records
• Generate regular sales reports as needed
• Assist in addressing customer inquiries, concerns, or requests related to the sales process
• Assist in organizing promotional events and sales campaigns
