Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. seeks a Sales Operations Manager to oversee the dealership's sales function and drive monthly targets.

You will supervise sales consultants, manage accessories sales for new vehicles, and ensure productive performance through KPI tracking and training. Responsibilities include digital marketing, social media updates, lead management from Facebook and third-party sources, and comprehensive reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in automotive retail, real estate or insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Ability to lead, manage KPIs and drive results.
• Proficient with computers; familiar with Facebook Marketing and remarketing basics.
• Excellent written business communications and customer service.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dealership sales to meet monthly targets.
• Oversee sales of accessories for new vehicles.
• Maintain consultant productivity; target ≥2 units/month and track leads, test drives, deposits, etc.
• Oversee SC productivity per contracts; provide training and license updates.
• Manage sales/brand-building activities; monitor productivity; post social media updates.
• Lead digital marketing activities: Facebook page leads, 3rd party leads, remarketing.
• Create and maintain dealership lead database and tapping strategies.
• Manage vehicle inventory and aging: 1–30 days (healthy), 31–60 (fair), 61–90 (critical), 91+ (unacceptable).
• Submit prospecting reports to VP-Operations with orders wishlist and productivity sheets.
• Prepare Mancom reports: reviews of last month’s sales, marketing activity, productivity, market analysis, recommendations.
• Perform general troubleshooting.
