Responsibilities

• Ensures the Section’s objectives in consonance with the Department’s targets are understood and appreciated by the personnel.
• Monitors strict compliance to internal control policies as well as external regulations on transactions handled/processed to avoid sanctions/penalties by regulatory agencies.
• Checks and ensures proper booking and processing of Auto loans and related transactions; approves and follows up on deviations or loan documentation deficiencies.
• Performs override of loan processors transactions.
• Checks computation of Statements of Account, Billing statements, and certifications requested by Marketing Units or Legal Group.
• Coordinates with other units on problems arising from transactions processed and ensures timely submission of reports to internal and external users.
• Reviews trial balance for significant movement and abnormal balances and signs all department transactions as defined by bank policies.
• Monitors and reviews personnel performance for movements, promotions, and HR actions with Department Head.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensures that the Section’s objectives in consonance with the Department’s targets are understood and appreciated by the personnel.
• Monitors strict compliance to internal control policies as well as external regulations on transactions handled / processed to avoid sanctions / penalties especially by the government regulatory agencies.
• Checks and ensures proper booking and processing of Auto loans and other related transactions. Ensures that deviations or loan documentation deficiencies, if any, are properly approved, reported and subsequently followed up with parties concerned.
• Performs override of his / her respective loan processors transactions.
• Checks and signs Debit / Credit memos and Loan Disclosure Statements prepared by his / her respective loan processors.
• Checks computation of Statement of Accounts, Billing statements, Certification as requested by Marketing Units or Legal Group.
• Coordinates with other units on any problems arising from the transactions processed.
• Ensures the accurate preparation and timely submission of reports to internal and external users.
• Review of trial balance for any significant movement and abnormal balances.
• Acts as signatory of all transactions of the Department as defined in the Bank’s policies and guidelines.
• In coordination with the Department Head, monitors and reviews personnel performance for possible movements, promotions, and recommendations for HRMDG’s actions.
• Assists the Department Head in setting and carrying out the objectives of the Department.
• Implements cost control measures and proper housekeeping.
• Performs the duties as may be assigned by the Department Head.
