Job summary

RCBC is seeking a proactive Auto Loans Associate to drive origination and marketing initiatives in Metro Manila. You will engage customers, coordinate with branches, and help meet key business targets through effective service and loan processing.

You will develop and nurture relationships with branches, negotiate terms with retail clients, and solicit target accounts to ensure timely account turn-ins and strong portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm to work in banking, service‑oriented, confident in delivering tasks efficiently.
• Mastery of consumer loan products, policies and procedures.
• Knowledge in lending operations and credit policies.
