The role requires 5 years in financial services (fund accounting/operations), qualifications like CA/CPA/CFA preferred, and strong Excel/data skills.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or a quantitative field.
• Around 5 years' experience in financial services, ideally fund accounting/operations.
• CA/CPA, CFA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing property debt funds and investments for investors.
• Process daily investment activations and repayments.
• Handle financial transactions processing.
• Prepare portfolio and cash reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare cash transfers between fund accounts for review and approval.
• Process platform data; maintain data accuracy across investor/investment records.
• Maintain investor and investment databases.
• Prepare fund reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare individual investor reports.
• Collate data for monthly investor reporting and update progress reports.
