Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years regulated mortgage underwriting experience with Australian based residential and commercial mortgages.
• Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment knowledge.
• Excellent time management to meet SLA and handle multiple files.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications and financial documents to assess creditworthiness.
• Analyse financial statements and credit reports to determine risk level.
• Take ownership of applications from submission to approval and monitor progress.
• Maintain proactive contact with brokers and sales team to clarify requirements.
• Assist and support team members on credit-related matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
