Job summary

D2b is seeking a Credit Analyst with Australian mortgage experience to support the senior credit team in accurate assessment, structure and lodgement of specialist loan applications. The role requires strong AOL proficiency and adherence to 2nd-tier lender guidelines.

You'll work within business hours aligned to AEST and contribute to refinancing initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality documentation for complex lending scenarios.

Qualifications

• Australian credit experience required; 3–5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess loan applications against 2nd-tier lender requirements for eligibility and serviceability.
• Perform accurate lodgement of applications through the AOL system.
• Manage application lifecycle from lodgement to settlement and provide status updates to the Senior Credit Manager.
• Support refinancing program within pre-planned lending parameters and deadlines.
• Ensure documentation meets Australian regulatory and internal compliance standards.
