Emapta Philippines is seeking an Australian HR Generalist to drive onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations for our Australian clients. This onsite Makati role focuses on end-to-end HR lifecycle management and ensuring accurate, compliant documentation.

With 5+ years in Australian HR, you will handle visas (Subclass 482/PR), contracts, and employee inquiries while leveraging MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, and AI tools.

Qualificações

• 5+ years end-to-end Australian HR generalist experience.
• Hands-on onboarding, employee relations, HR ops, compliance and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Australian employment law and visa processes.
• Experience with AU contracts, documentation, and inquiries.
• Proficiency in Word/Excel/SharePoint; familiarity with Copilot.

Responsabilidades

• Draft Australian employment documents and HR communications.
• Manage shared HR inboxes and resolve queries timely.
• Administer onboarding, transfers, leaves, and separations.
• Support AU compliance, policies, and immigration matters.
• Maintain compliant employee files and HR systems.

• Handle HR invoices and benefits; track metrics and improve templates.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of end-to-end HR Generalist experience predominantly supporting the Australian market
• Hands-on experience across onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, HR compliance requirements, and employment practices
• Experience managing employment contracts, HR documentation and correspondence, lifecycle changes, employee queries, and shared HR inboxes
• Experience with Australian visa processing and compliance, including Subclass 482 and/or Permanent Residency (PR) processes
• Proven ability to manage AU-specific employee relations, compliance, and HR operations beyond recruitment or talent acquisition
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint, including mail merges, VLOOKUPs, and PivotTables; familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
• Strong communication, accuracy, organization, discretion, and ability to manage competing HR priorities
• Willing and able to work onsite in Makati

Responsibilities

• Draft Australian employment agreements, variations, HR correspondence, and employee documentation
• Manage shared HR inboxes and coordinate timely resolution of employee relations, HR, and stakeholder queries
• Administer end-to- end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, hires, transfers, promotions, leave changes, and separations
• Support AU employee relations, HR operations, and compliance matters in line with Australian employment practices and internal policies
• Maintain accurate, secure, and compliant employee files, HR systems, workflows, and records
• Prepare Subclass 482 and Permanent Residency visa documentation, coordinate with migration providers, and maintain compliance records
• Process HR invoices and support employee benefits, service recognition, tenure, travel, mobility, and relocation activities
• Produce HR reports, workforce data, and people metrics and improve templates, registers, and processes for greater compliance and efficiency
• Support HR projects, team initiatives, and broader end-to-end people operations
