Job summary

D2B is seeking a Customer Support Representative to support Australian customers from the Philippines. You will process orders, liaise with planning and warehouse teams, and manage data in ERP while ensuring timely communications and issue resolution.

The role covers order processing, administration, and reporting, with SH&E responsibilities and a daily 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM AEST shift (4:30 AM – 1:30 PM Manila). 2+ years in customer service and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Essential: High School Completion Certificate.
• Desirable: tertiary studies in Administration.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• 2+ years in customer service or order management; ERP and MS Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders with high accuracy via phone or email/EDI.
• Investigate stock queries with planning and warehouse teams.
• Manage order amendments, credits and invoicing.
• Maintain master data and pricing in ERP.
• Coordinate with commercial team to maximise sales with available stock.
• Proactively communicate delays and supply risks, escalating issues promptly.
• Respond to customer, consumer and internal enquiries and complaints.
• Coordinate cross-functionally on quality issues and returns/warranty reports.
• Maintain registers (DIFOT, KPI, Credit, New Accounts).
• Filing, communications broadcasts, and data entry; general clerical duties.
• Assist with transport bookings and logistics; ad-hoc duties/projects.
