Job summary

Madayaw South Foods, Inc. is seeking an Audit Staff – Income & Revenue to safeguard the accuracy and security of daily store sales across its outlets, kiosks, and food service channels.

You will reconcile POS reports with cash deposits, card payments, and e-wallets, audit cash collections and discounts, and perform unannounced checks to ensure adherence to procedures. Join our team in Davao City to help identify unrecorded sales and wastage by comparing inventory deductions with physical counts.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily Point-of-Sale (POS) machine reports against cash dep, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and food delivery platforms (GrabFood/Foodpanda)
• Audit daily cash collections, register floats, Z-readings, store discounts, vouchers, and void transactions
• Perform periodic unannounced cash count and register audits across store outlets and kiosks
• Verify concessionaire, catering, and wholesale sales billings and track accounts receivable collections
• Audit cash handling, register balance processes, and safe funds across store outlets and kiosks.
• Perform periodic unannounced spot audits on store registers and cashier floats to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Compare inventory sales deduction reports against physical sales register counts to identify unrecorded sales, product giveaways, or wastage.

About the role
