Madayaw South Foods, Inc. is seeking an Audit Staff – Income & Revenue to safeguard the accuracy and security of daily store sales across its outlets, kiosks, and food service channels.

You will reconcile POS reports with cash deposits, card payments, and e-wallets, audit cash collections and discounts, and perform unannounced checks to ensure adherence to procedures. Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily Point-of-Sale (POS) machine reports against cash dep, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and food delivery platforms (GrabFood/Foodpanda)
• Audit daily cash collections, register floats, Z-readings, store discounts, vouchers, and void transactions
• Perform periodic unannounced cash count and register audits across store outlets and kiosks
• Verify concessionaire, catering, and wholesale sales billings and track accounts receivable collections
• Audit cash handling, register balance processes, and safe funds across store outlets and kiosks.
• Perform periodic unannounced spot audits on store registers and cashier floats to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Compare inventory sales deduction reports against physical sales register counts to identify unrecorded sales, product giveaways, or wastage.
