Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, process-driven environments such as BPO or auction operations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and logistics tools used in auctions.
• Ability to follow SOPs and meet SLAs in a dynamic, global operations setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule pickups for RBA live auctions and online auctions via VeriTread CAM tool.
• Update item status to picked up and ensure accuracy of pickup reports.
• Notify buyers and site POCs, manage follow-ups within SLA timelines.
• Collect and forward site access agreements and ensure signed forms reach the site POC.
• Proactively determine pickup status and communicate updates to site and buyer.
