Job summary

MicroSourcing is recruiting for a Workforce Scheduler to support Australian telco retail operations in Taguig. This role focuses on turning labour forecasts into compliant weekly rosters that balance demand, budgets, and enterprise agreements.

You will partner with store leaders and planning analysts to ensure rosters meet coverage needs, reflect team availability, and adhere to local laws. Strong scheduling, communication, and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in workforce scheduling or related operations.
• 2–3 years’ experience creating and managing rosters in a retail environment.
• Proven experience using Workforce Management (WFM) systems and scheduling tools.
• Experience interpreting enterprise agreements, awards, or labour rules.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Retail Store Leaders to align rosters with operational and labour plans.
• Create, maintain, and publish accurate weekly rosters on time.
• Ensure rosters comply with enterprise agreements, labour laws, and scheduling rules.
• Translate labour forecasts, customer demand patterns, and workload drivers into effective store rosters.
• Identify opportunities to improve rostering processes and workflows.
