Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an ICT Infrastructure Project Manager (B2B AU Telco) to join onsite at Picadilly Site, BGC, on Day Shift. You will lead end-to-end delivery of business projects, manage scope, budget, and timelines, and engage stakeholders across cross-functional teams.

The role requires at least 2 years in project management, a tertiary degree in business/IT/engineering, and relevant certifications. Join a Dynamic telco team driving innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in project management with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
• Experience supporting large teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualifications (University Degree or Diploma) in business, IT, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business projects for customers, ensuring outcomes align with scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manage resources, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers or Program Managers on larger initiatives and provide hands-on planning, execution, and reporting.
• Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and foster collaboration.
• Prepare and present status updates, executive reports, and project documentation with clarity and timeliness.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures, and address cost overruns through approved changes.
• Ensure PM artefacts and processes comply with methodologies and best practices.
