MicroSourcing is seeking an energetic Service Manager (B2B AU Telco) to join our onsite team in BGC, Taguig. You will work day shifts, coordinating service delivery and client success with onshore Client Success Managers and global delivery partners.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, proactive issue resolution, and formalized reporting to ensure ongoing client value for enterprise customers in the Australian telco space. Join a team that values collaboration and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in customer-facing or service delivery roles in IT, telecom, or managed services.
• Proven track record in customer success, account management, or service delivery.
• Experience with SLA monitoring and incident escalation.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Success Managers with high-value client engagements.
• Prepare client success plans, service reports, and account updates.
• Maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly business reviews with customers.
• Proactively manage issues and drive service delivery improvements.
• Coordinate handoffs with Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Support teams.
