Job summary

Locad in Makati is hiring an AU Operations Executive to be the day-to-day link between our Manila team and Australia's warehouse partner. You will monitor SLAs, resolve issues early, and ensure clients and customers receive expected service.

You’ll operate on Sydney hours from our Makati office, enjoying visibility into a key growth market and ownership of AU operations performance. You will coordinate with the AU partner, monitor fulfillment metrics, and work with CS teams to keep customers

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a coordination-heavy role.
• Comfortable working Sydney hours from Manila; this is a firm requirement.
• Strong communicator with warehouse partners and internal CS teams.
• Detail-oriented with a bias for follow-through; can read reports and spot trends.
• Experience in e-commerce, 3PL, or logistics is a plus.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with our Australia-based warehouse partner on inbound, outbound, and inventory operations.
• Monitor SLA performance across fulfillment, delivery, and returns, and flag risks before escalation.
• Work with the CS team to resolve order and shipment issues with timely updates.
• Track and report on operational metrics for the AU market.
• Escalate warehouse or carrier issues and follow through to resolution.
• Document processes, exceptions, and recurring issues for continuous improvement.
• Support ad hoc projects related to AU operations as the business scales.

Location: Makati City, Philippines (Onsite) Working Hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT | Monday to Friday Work Setup: 5 days onsite

About the Role

We are looking for an AU Operations Executive to be the day-to-day operational link between our Manila team and our Australia-based warehouse partner. This role keeps AU fulfillment running smoothly - monitoring SLAs, resolving issues before they escalate, and making sure our clients and their customers get the service they expect. You will work Sydney hours from our Makati office, which means your day starts early. In return, you will have high visibility into a key growth market and real ownership over how AU operations perform.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily with our Australia-based warehouse partner on inbound, outbound, and inventory operations
• Monitor SLA performance across fulfillment, delivery, and returns, and flag risks before they become escalations
• Work closely with the CS team to resolve order and shipment issues, ensuring customers get timely updates
• Track and report on key operational metrics (order accuracy, turnaround time, exceptions) for the AU market
• Escalate warehouse or carrier issues to the right internal and external stakeholders, and follow through to resolution
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, exceptions, and recurring issues to support continuous improvement
• Support ad hoc projects related to AU operations as the business scales

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a similar coordination-heavy role
• Comfortable working Sydney hours from Manila - this is a firm requirement, not a preference
• Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally with warehouse partners and internal CS teams
• Detail-oriented with a bias for follow-through; SLAs don't manage themselves
• Comfortable with data: can read a report, spot a trend, and know when something's off
• Experience in e-commerce, 3PL, or logistics is a plus
• Proficient with tools like spreadsheets and ticketing systems
