Genfinity Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Officer to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, maintain records, and generate reports for management. You will support payroll operations while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, EBAs, and company policies.

The role requires attention to detail and collaboration with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and 2–4 years in payroll, preferably with Australian or New Zealand payroll

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of payroll processing experience, preferably supporting Australian and/or New Zealand payroll.
• Knowledge of Australian and/or New Zealand payroll legislation, Awards, and EBAs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Process payroll accurately and on time, including payroll calculations, salary adjustments, leave administration, and payroll data maintenance.
• Validate payroll information, timesheets, and employee records to ensure compliance with applicable awards, enterprise agreements, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports, analyze payroll data, and assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy of payroll records and systems while supporting payroll audits and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient payroll service delivery and customer support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, compliance adherence, and ongoing professional development.
