Job summary

Lynk Global is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor/Estimator for Manila (BGC) to prepare accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs for construction projects, analyzing drawings and specifications to determine material, labor, and project costs while supporting bidding.

You will review project documents, coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors, and maintain data accuracy. Australian AU client exposure is desirable. On-site role with standard Philippines benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity estimation or cost estimating within the construction industry.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with Australian (AU) clients/projects is desirable.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates from plans and specifications.
• Review project documentation and identify scope requirements.
• Assist in preparing bids, tenders, and project cost reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors for pricing information.
• Maintain accuracy of estimating data and project records.
