Job summary

You will support the Quantity Surveyor with take-offs, measurements, and cost control. Responsibilities include tendering support, procurement, and subcontract administration, as well as preparing reports and maintaining contract records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1–3 years of work experience preferred, engineering background is a plus.
• On-site position in Makati with no gender restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Quantity Surveyor in quantity take-offs and measurements.
• Support tendering, procurement, and subcontract administration activities.
• Assist in the review of progress payments and project costs.
• Maintain records of contracts, variations, claims, and commercial documents.
• Prepare reports and supporting documents as required.
• Coordinate with project teams and other departments on commercial matters.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
