Job summary

Boomering inc is hiring an AU Bookkeeper to provide bookkeeping support to an Australian accounting firm and its clients from On-Site in the Philippines. You will maintain accurate financial records, perform reconciliations, assist with BAS/IAS, payroll processing and other routine accounting functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or practice support experience
• Experience with Australian accounting firms
• Experience managing multiple clients
• Strong understanding of Australian bookkeeping processes
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Highly organised and detail oriented
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Proactive problem-solver with attention to accuracy
• Time- and deadline-oriented
• Able to work independently within a team

Responsibilities

• Bank reconciliations
• Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
• Preparation of BAS and IAS
• Payroll processing including STP and PAYG
• Superannuation reconciliation
• Month-end reporting and resolving discrepancies
• Transaction allocation and bookkeeping
• Year-end STP Finalisation
• TPAR preparation and lodgement
• GST and BAS reconciliation
• Support other bookkeeping and accounting requirements
