Job summary

NETWORK ONE PEOPLE SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support Australian clients from our team in the Philippines. You will manage AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations, ensuring accurate records and timely compliance.

You will maintain client records in Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks, prepare monthly reports, and assist with BAS and IAS obligations. Strong communication and independence are essential, with at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or a related field.
• Xero Certification is preferred.
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting Australian clients or within a professional services environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Xero; experience with MYOB and QuickBooks is an advantage.
• Experience with payroll, bank reconciliations, AP/AR, BAS, and IAS preparation.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Process payroll, including payroll tax, superannuation, WorkCover, and termination payments.
• Prepare bank, payroll, debtor, creditor, and other account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, working papers, and trial balances.
• Complete Australian compliance obligations, including BAS and IAS.
• Maintain and update client records using Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping queries and account maintenance.
• Prepare cash flow budgets and support client meetings as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely client outcomes.
