Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a PNR Red CPR for Professional Rescuer Certification. Prior experience is an advantage.
• College degree or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and English communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety and enforce SOPs at all times.
• Perform pre-opening inspections and prepare queues, platforms, entrances, and exits.
• Communicate safety instructions to guests and monitor enjoyment of attractions.
• Operate attractions only as trained and certified by supervisor.
• Administer and coordinate emergency first aid as necessary.
