Job summary

RCBC is seeking an experienced ATM Business Manager to oversee the overall management and deployment of ATM services and related products in the Philippines. You will set annual plans, budgets, and KRAs, while driving profitability and customer satisfaction across the ATM portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional teams, review system capabilities, and propose enhancements. The role requires strong business acumen, P&L experience, and capacity to manage stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

• 4-year business degree or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of business management and product development
• Experience in banking/financial services preferred
• Proven ability to manage P&L
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination
• Experience with banking products and business development
• Experience in outsourcing models
• Experience in driving revenue and cost improvements

Responsibilities

• Oversees department performance to meet financial, customer, and governance targets.
• Sets annual business plans, KRAs, and budgets for ATM business.
• Finalize revenue and opex budgets for ATM operations.
• Monitor ATM profitability and direct revenue enhancement actions.
• Owns ATM business strategy and product roadmap.
• Review ATM systems and services, proposing enhancements for growth.
• Establishes KRAs, targets, and performance reviews for team members.
• Drafts SLAs between units impacting ATM business.
• Ensures compliance with BSP MORB and MTPP policies.
• Represent the department in internal and external meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
