Job summary

RCBC is seeking an experienced ATM Business Manager to oversee the overall management and deployment of ATM services and related products in the Philippines. You will set annual plans, budgets, and KRAs, while driving profitability and customer satisfaction across the ATM portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional teams, review system capabilities, and propose enhancements. The role requires strong business acumen, P&L experience, and capacity to manage stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees department performance to meet financial, customer, and governance targets.

• Owns ATM business strategy and product roadmap.

• Establishes KRAs, targets, and performance reviews for team members.
• Drafts SLAs between units impacting ATM business.
• Ensures compliance with BSP MORB and MTPP policies.
• Represent the department in internal and external meetings.

Job Summary

• Responsible for the over all management and deployment of all ATM and similar Business


• consistent with the defined and approved strategy and performance metrics.

How will you contribute?

• Oversees the Department’s business, ensuring that goals in terms of financial performance, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, asset alignment and corporate governance/risk management are achieved.


• Sets the direction of the Department’s activities for the year by coming up with the business plans, goals, KRA and budget.


• Finalizes the revenue and opex budgets for the ATM Business.


• Monitors ATM business for further profitability analysis and prepares necessary directions to improve revenues and overall performance.


• In charge of the ATM business and product roadmap


• Reviews ATM systems, its features, services offered and submits recommendation for enhancement, business development to management for implementation.


• Establishes KRAs and targets for the ATM Integration Officer, Support Officer and Documentation Officer. Supervises, evaluates/appraises and reviews performance of subordinates within the department.


• Formulates Service Level Agreements (SLA) between various business and operating units that will have a direct impact on the ATM Business.


• Ensures compliance of the Business to external regulation as well as to internal policies and procedures of the Bank. Ensures that BSP, compliance and audit findings on the Business are addressed.


• Attends and represents the Department in both internal and external meetings.


• Performs other related duties that may be assigned by immediate supervisor/management.


• Keeps abreast of updates on BSP policies as stipulated in the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB) and Bank policies as specified in the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program (MTPP) through circulars, required seminars/programs and adheres to said policies.
