Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Atlassian Administrator to manage Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience. You will lead cross-portfolio migrations, configure workflows, permissions, and dashboards, and ensure governance and data policies are followed.

• Lead end-to-end Atlassian migrations (cloud, server, or data center), covering workflows, custom fields, permissions, and integrations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches and upgrades.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and access rights across all Atlassian platforms.
• Integrate Atlassian tools with third-party apps and plugins.
• Automate repetitive tasks using ScriptRunner and Automation for Jira.
• Develop and enforce governance policies for tool usage and data management.
• Provide technical support, training, and post-migration guidance to teams.
• Partner with stakeholders and Atlassian support to minimize downtime and solve complex challenges.
