Job summary

UST USource in Manila is seeking a Jira administration specialist to manage and optimize our Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence platforms.

You will design workflows, manage projects, users, and permissions, build dashboards, and develop automation and REST API integrations to improve visibility and efficiency.

The role also covers system health, upgrades, backups, SOPs, and L2/L3 support to ensure reliable IT service management across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence.
• Ability to configure projects, workflows, schemes, and custom fields.
• Experience building dashboards and automation rules.
• Proficiency in REST API integrations and scripting (Groovy).

Job description

• Administer and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence platforms
• Configure and manage projects, workflows, screens, issue types, schemes, and custom fields to meet business requirements
• Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, and Confluence spaces, ensuring appropriate access controls
• Design and create dashboards, reports, filters, and reusable templates to improve visibility and productivity
• Configure and maintain automation rules, approval workflows, service queues, notifications, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Develop and support ScriptRunner/Groovy scripts and implement advanced workflow customizations
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot REST API integrations, webhooks, and integrations with enterprise systems
• Support and administer SSO, SAML, LDAP, and Active Directory integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve performance, workflow, user access, and integration-related issues
• Manage platform upgrades, patches, plugins, backups, and overall system health
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and audit records
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, including participation in production support and incident resolution activities
