Job summary

Turtle Trax S.A. is seeking an Atlassian Cloud Administrator in Mexico with 2–4 years of experience to join our SDLC enablement team. You will administer Jira Software Cloud and Confluence Cloud, configure workflows and permissions, and drive AI-enabled tooling for smarter collaboration.

You will also support integrations, REST APIs, and automation across CircleCI, GitHub/GitLab, and related tools, while upholding governance and SDLC standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4+ years administering Atlassian Cloud (Jira Software + Confluence).
• Experience administering Jira add-ons and add-on configurations.
• Experience with basic Tempo Timesheets administration.
• Strong REST API and webhook management across SDLC tools.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD or developer tool integrations (CircleCI, GitHub, GitLab).
• Ability to support AI-assisted features (Rovo AI, Atlassian Intelligence).
• Understanding of Agile SDLC workflows and tooling impacts.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience performing tooling audits and managing permission structures.

Responsibilities

• Atlassian Cloud Administration and configuration management for Jira Software Cloud and Confluence Cloud.
• Configure workflows, issue types, schemes, custom fields, permissions, and automation rules.
• Maintain permission groups aligned with governance and project needs.
• Enforce SDLC workflow naming standards and governance across tools.
• Enable and support AI features across Jira and Confluence; assist users with AI-assisted capabilities.
• Provide SDLC tooling support for Phoenix, DX, and related integrations; manage REST API connections.
• Troubleshoot automation rules, workflows, and data flow across connected systems.
• Conduct governance reviews and audits of SDLC tools; cleanup unused configurations.
• Document configurations, admin guides, and support materials; train teams on tools and workflows.
