Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Associate, Operations Reporting who will produce daily reports, respond to client inquiries, and help design improved reporting processes. The role involves analyzing ongoing projects and consulting with business leaders on reporting needs and trend analysis.

You will coordinate reporting processes, develop new reports and graphs, utilize new data sources, and distribute reports to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with two to four years of relevant experience preferred
• Experience with call center business and computer support systems preferred
