Job summary

Level Up Business Process Outsourcing Services OPC is hiring a Business Analyst / Reports Analyst to analyze business data, build reports and dashboards, and provide insights to support decisions.

You will work with leaders to translate requirements, automate reporting, and improve data visibility. The role requires at least 2 years in a similar environment and strong skills in Power BI/Tableau and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in a BPO/shared services/operational environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Level Up Talent Solutions is hiring a Business Analyst / Reports Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing business data, developing reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. This role will work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand reporting needs, improve data visibility, automate reporting processes, and support performance improvement through accurate and meaningful analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate operational and business performance reports.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, or improve manual reporting processes.
• Improve reporting efficiency, data accessibility, and performance tracking.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and operational insights.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders and assist in data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a BPO, shared services, customer service, or similar operational environment.
• Strong experience in reporting, data analysis, business analysis, or performance analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and present complex information clearly and concisely.

• Must be willing to work onsite at either JDN or 1Nito.
