Job description

The person holding this role would be required to manage mainly the SaaS Application being used within Jeebly, including but not limited to CRM / Help Desk or service desk management tools / Call Center Applications(Zoho, FreshWorks, FreshSales, FreshDesk & Genesys),and assist Jeebly to make full use of such applications to ensure maximum productivity &processefficiency.

• CRM Administration - Manage the overall CRM platform, set up users, customize fields, ensure data integrity, and build process automation s.
• Workflow Design - Design, build, and maintain complex automated workflows, integrations (APIs), and custom scripts for marketing, sales, and service across Jeebly. Creation of automated sequences for lead handoffs, follow-ups, onboarding, customer service & much more.
• Process Mapping - Map out current business process es, identifybottlenecks, and design new automated workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration across Jeebly.
• Sales Operations - Focuses on automating the sales pipeline, lead scoring, forecasting, and sales performance tracking.
• Marketing Operations - Manage marketing automation platforms, email campaign setup, lead nurturing sequences, and campaign tracking.
• Customer Service Automation (Internal & External) - Implements chatbots, automated support tickets, and service workflows to enhance customer support efficiency across Jeebly’s ecosystem.
• Data Management - Ensure data integrity, automatedata entry process es, data cleansing and syncing across systems for a unified clean view for decision making.
• Reporting & Analytics - Set up automated dashboards to track performance and insights.
• Integrations - Connecting the CRM & other applications with business tools to ensure unified views for the leadership teams.
• Training & Support - Training users on new automated process es and systems.
