Private Advertiser in Alabang, Muntinlupa City seeks an Associate Lawyer to join the team. The role involves client representation, legal drafting, court and administrative proceedings, and support in diverse transactions.

Candidates must be a member of the Philippine Bar in good standing with 0–3 years of relevant experience (fresh bar passers welcome). On-site work is required with occasional court appearances.

Job Description and Key Responsibilities:

The Associate Lawyer will assist in client representation, legal drafting, court and administrative proceedings and provide support in various legal transactions. Key responsibilities include:

• Represent clients in court hearings, administrative proceedings and mediations;
• Draft pleadings, contracts, legal memoranda and other legal documents;
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions and reports;
• Support due diligence and compliance work

Qualifications:

• Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing;
• 0-3 years of relevant legal experience (fresh bar passers are welcome to apply);
• Excellent research, writing and communication skills;
• Willing to work on-site in Alabang and travel for court appearances, when necessary
