Candidates must be a member of the Philippine Bar in good standing with 0–3 years of relevant experience (fresh bar passers welcome). On-site work is required with occasional court appearances.

Qualifications

• Must be a member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.
• 0–3 years of relevant legal experience; fresh bar passers welcome.
• Excellent research, writing and communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Alabang and travel for court appearances when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court hearings, administrative proceedings and mediations.
• Draft pleadings, contracts, legal memoranda and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions and reports.
• Support due diligence and compliance work.
