Job summary

Ingram Micro in Metro Manila is seeking a Quotation & Order Management Specialist to handle order entry, pricing verifications, and proactive/reactive quotations for resellers.

You will validate quotes, follow up to convert them into sales, respond to inquiries, and maintain records. A background in supply chain or IT distribution and strong MS Excel skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Order entry and processing; contact resellers for verifications.
• Prepare accurate proactive and reactive customer quotations.
• Validate quote data before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to convert quotes into sales.
• Respond to inquiries about quotes, pricing and product details.
• Maintain records of quotes, follow-ups, and communications.
• Oversee PO and vendor price overrides.

Job Responsibilities:

• Order entry, order processing, contacting resellers for verifications

• Prepare accurate proactive and reactive customer quotations.

• Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.

• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.

• Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.

• Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.

• Overriding of PO prices and vendor prices

Qualifications:

• College graduate of any course; if High School Diploma, should have at least 2 years functional experience.

• Must have at least 2 years of Quotation and Order Management experience

• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage

• Good English communication skills

• Knowledgeable with MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc)

• Willing to work on day shift (SG time zone) and 10 days RTO/monthly (2 consecutive weeks)
