Job summary

Ingram Micro in Taguig is seeking a Sales Support professional to ensure seamless order management and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate across Credit Ops and Supply Chain to convert quotes into sales and maintain accurate records.

The role requires a college graduate with at least 2 years in order management and quotations, strong English communication, and MS Excel skills. Day shift aligned to NZ/AU time zones. This is a full-time position in a global technology partner environment.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course; if High School Diploma, should have at least 2 years functional experience.
• Must have at least 2 years of Order Management and Quotation experience
• BPO experience in any LOB are also welcome to apply
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage
• Good English communication skills
• Knowledgeable with MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc)
• Willing to work on day shift (NZ/AU time zone) and 10 days RTO/monthly

Responsibilities

• Order entry, order processing, contacting resellers for verifications
• Prepare accurate proactive and reactive customer quotations.
• Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
• Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.
• Overriding of PO prices and vendor prices
