Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Quotation and Order Management professional to prepare precise customer quotes and coordinate with internal teams. You will ensure data accuracy, drive quote conversions, and respond to inquiries about pricing and product details.

The role requires at least 2 years in quotation and order management, good English communication, and MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot). Day shifts aligned to AU time and hybrid work are supported.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in Quotation and Order Management.
• Knowledge of supply chain or IT distribution is advantageous.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot).

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate proactive and reactive customer quotations.
• Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
• Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve quote-related concerns.
• Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must have at least 2 years of Quotation and Order Management experience

• Good English communication skills
• Knowledgeable with MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc)
• Willing to work on day shift (AU time zone) and 10 days RTO/monthly #LI-Hybrid
