Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking an experienced pre-sales professional to understand customers' business needs and analyze their systems to propose effective solutions. You will provide technical pre-sales support for complex products and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to shape winning proposals.

The role requires seasoned individual contributor capabilities, independent work style, and the ability to mentor junior staff. Hybrid work options and opportunities to grow are available.

• Normally receives little instruction on daily work.
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
• May be informal team leader.

Education

Two-year college degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 3-year experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

5 years functional experience

Qualifications:

• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3-year experience in functional area.
• OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years functional experience, preferably at a senior level.
• Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
