Ingram Micro Philippines BPO LLC in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced pre-sales professional to understand a customer's business and analyze their system and product needs.

You will provide pre-sales technical support for development and implementation of complex products, explain policies, train junior staff, and work with limited supervision on moderately difficult assignments.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years in the functional area.
• Or a high school diploma with 5 years functional experience.
• Substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge to a wide range of tasks.

Position Summary

Typical pre‑sales activities include gaining understanding of customer’s business and analysis of customer’s system and product needs. Provides primarily pre‑sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions.
