Job summary

PDAX in Manila is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management specialist to join our security team. You will manage access governance, IAM tooling, and access controls across cloud and on‑prem systems, emphasizing AWS Cognito, LDAP, and SSO capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and AWS Cognito.
• Strong knowledge of IAM domains and access controls.
• Experience with LDAP, RBAC, SAML, OAuth2, and MFA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system access in accordance with company policy.
• Administer user access controls with least privilege.
• Review user access regularly and remediate gaps.
• Maintain organization of IT accounts by identity.
• Support IAM across all infrastructure systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline IAM processes for audits.
• Follow and develop process documentation.
• Improve tools to support IAM processes.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the head.

General Responsibilities

• Ensures that system access is maintained in accordance with company policy.
• Administer user access and controls with applications with the concept of least privilege with approved service requests.
• Responsible for evaluating access by means of user access review on a regular basis to ensure access levels remain commensurate with job responsibilities and remediate user access compliance activities in a timely manner.
• Maintain organization of IT accounts to individual identities.
• Supports all access management control activities across all infrastructure systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline IAM processes to meet the requirements of audit and compliance policies.
• Follow, maintain, and develop process documentation.
• Provide improvement of tools and technologies in place to support IAM processes.
• Other tasks assigned by the immediate head.

Qualifications

• Possesses a dynamic and vibrant personality.
• Self-starter, able to work with limited supervision.
• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and AWS Cognito.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS IAM process and architecture (including Directory
• Service - setup and maintenance).
• Knowledge in core IAM Domains: Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management, Authentication, Authorization, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies, standards, and practices (e.g. LDAP, RBAC, Privileged Access Management, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID connect, Multi-factor Authentication, Single-Sign-on).
• Intermediate to advance knowledge in Active Directory and Azure AD is a plus.
• Experience in other AWS services is a plus (setup and maintenance).
