Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking an Associate HR Specialist to support employees globally from our Lapu-lapu, PH location. You will provide end-user assistance, answer questions, and escalate complex inquiries to the right HR resource, while maintaining records in line with company policies.

You will work with HRIS and other HR tools, perform clerical tasks, and help ensure smooth HR operations across the organization. A background in HR support and a willingness to learn are valued as we grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• At least 1 year in an HR support role or related field.
• Experience at ResultsCX or in a BPO environment is preferred.
• Experience using HRIS and handling HR administrative tasks.
• Experience providing administrative and general HR support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Back Office and Voice Support for all ResultsCX employees Level 1 Employee inquiries and Items as defined in the People Solutions Center Task Matrix
